I spent 30 days in the States in June on the Visa Waiver Program (I m British). Now I am planning to go back next month (August) and spend 90 days there. Does the fact that there is only 6 weeks between visits hinder me? I have the receipt from US-VISIT to say I left the Country and also have a printed return ticket for November. I know you have to prove ties to your home country but I am a temp so my work is inconsistant. Hence I can take 90 days off! I also live with my parents so I don t have deeds or anything. I m visiting my Girlfriend should I keep quiet about this? I am entering through Detroit Wayne County. Any answers will be appreciated.
That website is a good one, but I want to add... DO NOT lie about what you will be doing while here (i.e. visiting your girlfriend). If you lie when applying for admission, you will loose the right to use the Visa Waiver Program.
